Very pleased with the service and responsiveness Thad at Apple Appliance Services provided. Our ice maker stopped working on our 10 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator and Thad responded the next day with a new replacement. Unfortunately the new ice maker was not a perfect match and overflowed slightly causing the ice to freeze up in the tray. The next business day he returned with a new replacement and now everything is working properly. Replacement parts on older appliances can be challenge in this supply shortage environment but Thad quickly and conscientiously returned to correct the problem

My electric clothes dryer stopped heating. I called Apple Appliance services and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Thad checked with me about the model number ahead of time to make sure he had parts on hand. The issue was resolved quickly and I have a working dryer again. Would recommend!

I had a great experience. My freezer was not freezing, and I couldn't figure out why. Thad from Apple Appliance Services called me back right away and was able to do the repair the next morning. He showed up on time, and was very professional, courteous, and quick with the repair. He had my freezer defrosted, timer replaced, and all put back together and running within an hour. I would definitely call him again for appliance repair.

Just had a great experience with Apple Appliance Services!
I got a hold of Thad at Apple Appliance (one-man business) to ask if he could come over to provide an estimate for my suddenly non-cooling refrigerator. It was Friday and he told me he would be able to come in the following Monday morning. I let him know I was hoping for something that day, since my fridge/freezer had completely stopped cooling and let him know I would check with some local competitors for a faster timeframe (which he completely understood and was cool about). Everyone else turned out to be more expensive for an estimate
