We made an appointment, Nick showed up on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He had the required part with him, made the repair and was finished in 45 minutes. We were very pleased and would recommend.

I called to make an appointment to fix my dishwasher and as I was describing the problem Nick said he thought he could walk us through fixing the problem. He ended up walking my husband through figuring out the issue and fixing the problem ourselves without having to pay for an appointment. Although we had a short 15 minute call we really appreciated him being honest and helpful. All in all it was a great experience.

Nick repaired a fridge for me today. Showed up on time, solved the problem quickly, very professional, very reasonably priced. I was skeptical of all the positive reviews, but he really is that good. If you have an appliance problem, call Eagle.

A No Show. I tried to use Eagle because they had good reviews. Spoke to them and made appointment for technician to come over. I left work early and no one showed. I left polite voice mail and email and Eagle hasn't responded to either. I can't speak to their actual capability.

Nick is a superstar! Twice now he has come and saved me from a laundry emergency on the same day! I'm a massage therapist and I do at least three loads of laundry every day. My last appliance repair people would never come on the same day. Nick is cheerful, efficient, knowledgeable and so great at what he does. I highly recommend Eagle Appliance Repair!

Best experience ever. I was really afraid our dryer repair was going to get out of hand. Nick was in and out in a bit over than an hour, said we needed just one little part and that was it. Showed up on time and was a terrific experience. I'm a fan and we will use him from now on. 5 stars!
