Robert is correct below, several "conflict of interest 5 star ratings" skew the realistic rating of this company.
The move in and responsiveness to move into the home was extremely fast. However, once the paperwork was signed, it went downhill fast.
Property management and I had an agreement to correct a small handful of unacceptable property conditions as part of the move in. Removal of boards with nails in it, functioning house keys to be provided, and removal of debris from the property. These were never met.
4 emails, and several phone calls later, I gave up trying to get a key to the house

I was planning a 2 star review, just because generally when you go in to talk with them they're nice people.
But, from the day we moved in 'unprofessional' would be the only accurate description.
Moving from another state, the first time we saw the house in person was when we were moving in. Apparently no one had even gone to look at the house before hand... it was disgusting. The first thing we saw was a ceiling fan covered in 2 inches of dust and it only got worse from there.
She called their cleaning crew who did a shoddy job at best. We spent the next year and a half still cleaning...
