No call no show on a day with a pre-scheduled pick up. Called 3rd ring went to voicemail. Showed up next day on time saying he had battery trouble the day before. Had already made other plans as I thought he decided not to continue with our scheduled pick-ups.

tried to book a cab ride 75 minutes in advance for the middle of west knoxville on a weekday afternoon. Phone rang and I got a voice message. Almost made me feel like I had the wrong number, but I went back and confirmed it. Thoroughly unprofessional. They wonder why Uber is taking over.

Great Service! Karim is a professional, courteous, safe driver and on time for both pick up and return trip. Very clean, comfortable car. This company cares about passenger safety! My appointment was quite early this morning and it was still dark outside. The facility hadn't fully opened. My driver offered to wait with me until I could safely enter the building.

Cab licence plate number 07379 was behind me going up ramp from Pellissippi to Alcoa hwy.so close on my rear ( i was going 40) up ramp he beeped horn tryed to pass me. Then on Alcoa speed up past me. Right up someone elses rear. Driving over 50 (speed limit) then passed them cut another car off .I would never trust them as is a danger to others. I try to call and report but the line said voicemail full. Then fpud a different # and that busy so I repirted to Alvoa police department. I hope he looses licences before he kills someone.
