Warning!!!!! This taxi service is not properly insured!!! Do not step foot in this taxi. This taxi service T-boned my nephew, totalled his car and he is still trying to get in touch with this company. Do not use!!! I would give negative stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I spoke with Brian last Friday to arrange a ride to the airport for the following day. He even called back to confirm my flight number. I should have taken the hint when he didn't seem to understand that there was an arriving flight to TYS and a departing flight from TYS with the same flight number. Anyway, I waited for 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time and no one ever showed. I called six times and left three voicemails and never received a response. How disgusting to strand people like that and not even have the decency to answer the phone!

The driver arrived almost an hour before arrival time so as not to miss us. He waited patiently until we got our last pieces of luggage back and were quite the last ones out of the airport in the process.

I called today 30 minutes til noon for a pickup at comfort inn on Kingston pike to the greyhound station. I got an eta for 16 minutes. 40 minutes goes by and I called and he said he had to cancel because he has to keep stopping at the bathroom. His number is 865850 shame on him thankfully red star taxi came through 5 minutes later! I will never use this taxi company again
