Kristie became a licensed massage therapist because she wanted to help people heal. During her journey to becoming an LMT, she realized healing was not just physical but emotional and spiritual as well. She learned that having a safe environment for her clients is paramount and she does everything possible to make you feel secure and comfortable.
Kristie graduated from the International School of Skin, Nail care and Massage Therapy and has been an LMT for 8 years. She has worked with several different chiropractors where she has continued to hone her skills and learn techniques that complement massage, like kinesio-taping and instrument assisted massage.

Services
Deep tissue massage therapy uses slow, direct, deep pressure to relieve pain and restore normal movement in stiff muscles, ligaments and tendons. It is especially helpful for those suffering from osteoarthritis, acute injury, chronic pain, limited mobility, repetitive stress injuries and fibromyalgia.
Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) is pain and compromised movement of the jaw and surrounding muscles. A very painful and prevalent syndrome in our society that left untreated could cause debilitating headaches, grinding of teeth and could lead to arthritis of the jaw. Utilizing soothing massage of the head and face and neck, relief may be found from this painful condition.

Kristi is absolutely amazing. I came to her in need of help for my Piriformis Syndrome. For two months I was in complete agony. I couldn't do anything without being in extreme pain. Went to Chiropractors and even had two injections at the hospital as well as a round of steroids and NOTHING helped the pain. I came to Kristi with my concerns and she immediately understood how bad of shape I was in. She made me feel comfortable by listening to my concerns which others had basically said do some stretching and it will just have to work itself out. I had ZERO quality of life before my first session

Today was my first day going here and I truly enjoyed Kristie. She is very sweet and was willing to help me the best she could. She's very easy to get along with and I enjoyed talking with her as I was getting my massage. I recommend her. My sciatica nerve was bothering me and it honestly feels a little better. I will be going back and look forward to my visit. The place is very clean and beautiful.

I have visiting Legacy Massage and wellness for a couple years now and it has been truly life changing for me. I had never done massage therapy before out of a general discomfort with the idea. What I like most about Kristie is that she works hard to explain and educate why she does what she does and what treatments she suggests. Kristie knows what she is doing! I went in with severe lower back pain, she diagnosed me immediately after years of seeing other massage therapists and chiropractors. No one listened to me long enough, or new enough to accurately diagnosis me. She also gave me helpful tips, even demonstrated some exercise moves for me to help myself long term. While she wants her customers coming back, she wants everyone to be healthy even more. Wonderful experience with her. She responded immediately to messages, she checked in on me the following day, she also confirmed my follow up appointment the day beforehand
