I understand so I am told by employees that you are short staffed. I also understand there are safety guidelines to follow. Not seeing many being followed here. Non use of Gate belts is a safety hazard, especially for the elderly, my Mother is one of them...I asked today why they don"t use them & was told no one does & they don"t know where they are---seriously?????????? Better hope the health dept. isn"t called or better yet show up. When someone has to yell for help because no one will answer the call bell is Bs, my mother wet the bed 2 nights in a row because of laziness

If Senior Health Care Solution's main objective or "goal is to provide our older adults with an atmosphere promoting independence, comfort and security and a healthy lifestyle," I fail to see much success from my viewpoint. Of the two places I resided at, the residents were moved out, supposedly temporarily, for remodeling and then when the facility reopened, the place does not accept SSI clients because the rental price has gone up-they pretty much except those who are on a SSI budget. I've been uprooted twice and moved quite a distance away from my family because of such maneuvering and right
