The customer service was excellent! I was trying to ship to an APO address and couldn't figure it out online. I called customer service at 5 minutes to closing time. The service agent, Amanda, took my name and number and promised to call me back the next day to help me. She researched it, called me back at the time I had requested, and completed the order. She even went so far as to give me her direct number if I wanted to order again while my loved one was stationed overseas. Imagine my surprise when a special package came to me this week. I am the Executive Director of First Responders' Bridge, a nonprofit that supports First Responders/significant other across the country who are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTS or feeling suicidal from the things we see and hear on the job every day. Sent me another neck gaiter after the first was lost in shipping. Of course the first one shows up two weeks later! Paid for both because they have such great customer service.
