Custom T-Shirt Pro

Amazing job on my custom T-shirt!! Found this shop after my order was botched at another shop, was stressed it was too late for anything to be re-done but this shop came through for me and printed my order in 1 day. Great customer service& communication. Colors printed as vibrant & just as crisp as my artwork. Thank you Custom T-shirt Pro!! Will be back in the future for any project I have.

Horrible customer service... Went in to have a simple T-shirt made they said 2 days... I had no problem with that. But it wasn't done for another week after that. Said they were too backed up... When I finally picked up the shirt it was in the wrong color. The employee said he didn't care he was quitting anyway. Wow (order was made on Saturday August 17th to be done by that weekend and wasn't ready until the 28th) then the color was wrong. Also Emailed you and haven't got a response.

Ordered custom shirts for a family function last summer. The shirts were supposed to be done on a Tuesday but actually weren’t ready until Saturday. It seemed like they were printing until the very last second. We ordered nearly 20 red shirts, many of them different shades. Nearly all the names were spelled wrong. I guess they went off a hand written paper for spelling of the names instead of an emailed master name list. They then made It seem like it was our fault. The owner (Richard) was very rude and condescending. He was obviously frustrated by the poor product his company was putting out

Horrible customer service! I ordered 2 shirts online for my 3yr old cousins funeral who died from brain cancer. I called after ordering online to verify when the order would be ready and the guy told me 3 o clock the next day. I arrived at 320 and my order wasn't ready.
He claimed he was behind schedule and it would only take 30 minutes to complete.
I sat in my car for 40 mins, went back in and he never came out the back to acknowledge me. I stood there and waited an extra 30-40 minutes while I could hear him clearly working on my shirts that I'm sure he just started to work on when he saw me

I was very disappointed in this business establishment. I was looking to surprise my grandfather with a custom shirt with all of his great grandchildren names on it for his 86th birthday. I custom made my own design online and submitted it through their website. I followed up my online order with a phone call to the store and apparently spoke with the owner, in reference to the time my shirt would be ready and also details on alignment. I was told that my shirt would be ready at 5 pm. (I placed my order at 2 pm) When I actually arrived at the store a little after 5 PM (~5:10 pm) for my shirt, the

Well, their name says it all!
All 16 shirts were perfect!
I needed them done within 4 hours.
I prepared everything the best that I could, but everyone I called said 7 to 10 days.
Then I found Custom! Pro.
I had sticky notes taped to each shirt with all the details for each shirt. Size of print, color of print, placement, names, numbers, all the details I wanted. And I needed it NOW! (FYI..Richard said the sticky notes were very helpful!)
Everything is perfect!
Finished very quickly!

Very great customer service!! There was a mix-up with the time I supposed to pick up my same day T-Shirt and the gentleman that works there was so generous enough to personally deliver my shirt to my event. He was extremely polite and made it before my event starts. My T-shirt was made exactly how I wanted it. I didn't know what to expect since I was asking for it so last minute but I must say, I was very satisfied. I told my coworkers about this establishment. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a same day custom shirt. Thank you so Much custom Pros in Allen Park!!! :)

Staff was easy to work with and professional. This was the second time dealing with Custom T-shirt Pro and both times have been great. The first time was a year ago and the printing still shows no wear...quality products...quality workmanship! This time around, I wasn't sure about some of the custom logos I wanted to include on the shirts so I left it up to the staff and they exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again and highly recommend Custom T-shirt Pro's.

HIGHLY recommended! The owner assistance was beyond incredible. After having multiple gifts for a looming wedding fall through, the owner worked with me and my chaotic schedule to get me this bag printed on the same day. After I tried to order the bag, he called back and informed me he couldn't get it in time, and offered if I brought in my own bag, they could print on that. So that is exactly what I did and I simply could not be happier! The job was completed in 2 hours!!! They have my business for life. I definitely would recommend you use them for any and all of your screen printing needs.
