When should I refinance? It is often said that you should refinance when mortgage rates are 2% lower than the rate you currently have on your loan. Refinancing may be a viable option even if the interest rate difference is less than 2%. A modest reduction in the loan rate can still trim your monthly payment.

Confronted by obstinate underwriters who seemed keen on killing deals rather than making them happen, the two brokers at Warshaw with whom I dealt never gave up, and went the extra ten miles to dot all the i's and cross even more of the t's that the underwriters—intent on being undertakers—lobbed our way. I might have given up after more than 20 demands, but Warshaw stuck with it and cleared the way. Olympic-caliber talents with huge patience.

An absolute Horrible experience with Warshaw Capital!!!!! After getting pre-approved on 2 refinances, my file sat in Underwriting for 3+ Months! After a nightmare of back and forth for months, getting every document they asked for, multiple times they could not close my loans. After wasting $1,200.00 on 2 appraisals, all I got was a "Sorry". I would not refer them to my worst enemy!
