Please verify for yourself, before you use him. Go to the courthouse, ask for case # FL 035578 Light vs Light, 2009. You will see how he was working for the opposing party. The business was not appraised, his job, it was purchased for one cent 6 years earlier, yet he agreed it was worth $500,000, impossible. You will see alimoney if she remarries, a 7 yr marriage at over 10 years, no disamaster done, he was wiped out w alimoney, etc. Anyone can view this info. and should. Don't use him, you will lose big time and it can't be corrected.

David Banks represented me for my divorce and as I look back, he was in cooperation with my ex and her attorney. He is dishonest and lacks integrity. He knew I was too stressed to think for myself, I trusted him. Ex ended up with my separate retirement of $265,000.00, the large, expensive house, alimony 5 times higher than what the dissomaster said, a deal to pay her $4,000/month if she remarries, life insurance to her instead of my own children, (we had no children), a buyout for a medical business of $500,000 that was purchased for 1 cent. Mr. Banks is not trustworthy and is a very bad attorney
