We called the company under our home warranty for an a non-functioning air conditioning system. Daniel not only didn't wear a mask, but marched into our home with a disrespectful attitude - and kept getting too close and in our personal space. The two problems we called about specifically were a loud clanging in the fan outside the home, and the temperature readout on the thermostat was very erratic and temperature climbing suddenly.
My husband is recently retired and raised to be very courteous and respectful (FYI advise against this approach) Daniel picked up on this - and began texting my husband

Well... Daniel was very professional as far as his demeanor and inspection... Mark was courteous as well on the phone... No complaints there... They came as part of a service call from the warranty company... I'm not happy that basically I shelled out the trade call fee (which I knew I would pay regardless) and he was here for 30 min or so and didn't do ANY work .. just inspected and said he would call the warranty company to see what they would authorize. I asked him to give us options to repair (between the basic repairs and all the way to the full exchange of the entire unit...) never got a

Placed a service request through my home warranty and a guy named Daniel came out to assess our refrigerator. He tried to enter the house wearing a gator mask (which is actually worse than no mask at all according to studies). He was offered a regular mask and scoffed at that but he wasn't allowed in without it. He said "I don't know what you are worried about," regarding covid. He was also offered shoe coverings which he also scoffed at. But they were a requirement to enter. He diagnosed the problem with the fridge and collected the 75$ service fee. I HIGHLY recommend A-Quality Refrigeration, Daniel called me and gave me a 20 minute window before arriving. He was very friendly, professional, polite, and is very knowledgeable with HVAC. He diagnosed our AC unit, and fixed ONLY what was wrong with the A/C unit. And... HE WORE A MASK! Amazing!!! My home warranty picked an EXCELLENT company!

My AC went out and they were not able to get me scheduled until the next day while temps were well over 100 degrees. The person I talked to on the phone seemed genuinely disappointed he couldn’t help me out same day. Later that day I received a call saying they would be able to fit me in late in the afternoon due to a cancellation. The repair was made quickly. The technician, Daniel, was super friendly, considering I was his last call of the day and he spent his day in excessive heat.

Highly recommend this company! Mark, the owner, made a special trip to our home to get our unit running, because it was the hottest day of the year. We ended up purchasing a new one through him. Letting Nick in my house, 2 times, was a mistake. He was rude and almost aggressive about it. He said my appliances are "crap". My LG refrigerator is top of the line. He says that the dishes in my dishwasher will never be completely dry... huh? Also, residue on them is because we aren't using the right product even though he approved it the first time out. He hollered some sort of statement with the F word attached to it as I showed him out the door. My neighbor was outside to hear it and I feel really humiliated.

A-Quality lied and defrauded our company. Beware of the company and of the technician Daniel. Our company had an emergency situation with our AC Unit on site. We contacted A-Quality and they came out. They quoted us a price to fix the problem, took our cash, then told us the actual fix would be a much larger issue. I called the owner and asked if I was at home and paid someone 800 to fix a problem and they told me, no that wasn't the problem - we need another 2000, I would be very upset.
The worst part is that another company came out 2 hours later and took a video which I've attached- the leak

I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them! I have read all the reviews and they are certainly all over the place. I'm a big reviews kind of person. I read multiple reviews before making a decision to use a company. I like the response from the company on the reviews and can read between the lines on the bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy and those that are really mad write horrible reviews. I was referred to A-Quality from a friend and called them to give me a quote on a new AC system. I asked a lot of questions and they were glad to help me make the right decision

Mark and his team are awesome! They came out for a home warranty service call - the same service call I have made each year as my older AC unit leaks refrigerant. Other companies contracted for previous visits were okay, topping off the unit, doing a cursory inspection, and calling it a day. A-Quality went above and beyond, taking the time to find and repair the leak. It was apparent from the start that they care way too much about customer service to settle for the bare minimum. They were friendly, professional, and prompt. I will recommend this company to anyone and wish them great business

I have called on these folks three times in the last several years. Both the owner Mark and the tech Daniel have been on my roof. On each occasion I found both of them to be professional, courteous and responsive to my A/C needs at a reasonable cost, sometimes better than reasonable. Very pleased with the service we received from A-Quality. Within 15 minutes of calling our home warranty company to tell them our air conditioner had stopped working, I received a call letting me know they would be out between 8-10am the next day. Daniel was at our home at 8am sharp. He found the problem right away and said they had to order the part so it might take 1-2 days. We were so impressed because the owner tracked down the part, went to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery, and Daniel was back by 4pm the same day to install the part. We will definitely request them the next time

Technician was sent by home warranty company for a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling property. Tech came to property and since this was a secondary unit stated that the home warranty would not cover anything. Therefore he refused to even diagnose the problem or examine the issue, offering only vague suggestions and giving the number of another repair agency. Only thing the tech did do was make sure the $75.00 service fee was collected. Thanks for poor service and the rip off!! Instead we had to pay another reputable company another $75.00 for a diagnosis of the problem. At least they

They contract with a home warranty. We had an AC unit that was trash and needed replacing. The tech came out, Daniel, and agreed. We were told on Monday that they would submit paperwork to get the warranty company to cash out instead of repairs, and that they would contact us with an estimate.
***update*** I changed this to 4 stars. After finally getting a hold of Marc, I got everything sorted out. I was really impressed that they continued with the warranty cash out, without my asking. I randomly got a call from the warranty company saying they would send a check, when I had expected this

This is my second time using this business for a what I call a major AC problem. I appreciate the time they have taken, and are taking to analyze and take care of the repair. I know they made a real effort to squeeze me into a pretty booked day...

1st got frustrated with me upon his 2nd visit because his technician didn't fix the problem correctly with my refrigerator.
Then I just called because it's still not working (wont make water) and they have replaced all the lines.
He just BLEW UP at me telling me he's had to come to my house 4 times and to use a different company to fix my refrigerator.
This actually happened. Wow.

I had a problem with our heating unit. Well, what I thought was a problem. I requested to have it looked at through my home warranty company and A-Quality Refrigeration promptly called to make a same day appointment.
Turns out (sheepishly) the weird noises and cold air in my heating unit is a normal defrost function and no repairs needed to be made. However, Daniel was really helpful and did what he could to make his time valuable, giving me tips on maintaining the compressor, and even changing out the air filter for me.

When I found out my AC was not working late one night when it was blowing hot air. I called my home warranty people before going to bed.I received a phone call from Mark early the next morning and I told him what was going on. He came to my house that morning and my uncle visiting at the time showed him the problem. Within a couple of hours the AC was blowing cold hair.

Thank you Old Republic Home Warranty for recommending Mark. Our first service call was not going to be able to get to us until Monday as our AC went out Tuesday night! The temperature was 115° and we have 6 animal family members and they need to stay cool. This service call was a priority and Mark made it happen. Not only did he confirm when he could get out to look at the AC, but he was able to come out early. Last week our air conditioning started to blow only hot air, in 115° weather that is unbearable. We immediately packed up our 3 dogs and went to stay with my parents (they are amazing & tolerant), this occurred on Wednesday.
