Jeffrey and company were wonderful. I am new to the area and wear AFO leg braces. I had popped a rivet and therefore my ankle strap was rendered useless. This caused my foot to slide within the brace and aggravated previous pressure sores. I called to see if they could help and sure enough they told me to come in. I was in and out of there in minutes. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. What a wonderful welcome to the Ruskin community this was for me. I will be going back to get some adjustments to my shoes as well. I highly recommend them.

As a gift for my man, I took his western boots in for new soles and fix/replace stacked wood heels, shine up and cover several very noticeable scuff marks. He was blown away! He said he had never seen such good work! Then after wearing them he was even more impressed. He’s had this sort of work done in the past and said they didn’t feel right when walking, but these felt perfect! Plus his fees are very reasonable. We highly recommend The Shoe Lab.

Hello My personal review to this company , well I am I landscaper I go by Clutchlawnservice and I wear pretty rugged boots well during work my shoe was coming apart , so I finished my last job at that time and went and visit this place and I expected to drop my shoes off and pick up after a while , but No the owner fixed it immediately and I was on my way cutting more lawns , I couldn’t of ask for a better shoe repair company , best around hands down thank you for your service on my work boots !

I brought in 2 pairs of sandals on Mondaythat needed new soles. He asked me how soon did I need them. I told him we were due to go away on Monday for a few days. He called me on Wednesday to tell me they were done! Great job! Wonderful soles!

Hello Jeff: I thank you so very much for contacting me regarding Diabetic Shoes for me. I am a US Army Veteran and diabetic and the shoes truly helps me when I walk as I Diabetic Neuropathy in my feet and sometimes my feet burn alot when I am walking.
