If I could give 10 ⭐'s I most definitely would!!! I didn't mind waiting on my LV boots! Can't rush perfection and that's what I got. And because there was some kind of mix up they did not charge me. Had I had ca$h on me you would have gotten a BIG tip!! But I got y'all next time! THANK YOU for bringing my babies back to life! I got many more things to bring!!! 🙏

There needs to be an option for no stars.. I am not even sure where to start but they pictures should show clearly how terribly they did my mothers on her shoe repair. They looked better before they did anything to them!! They were supposed to resole and reinforce the strapping. What it appears they did was to slap a sloppy piece of leather/pleather over the top and made a mess of it. It's not on straight. Glue is a mess. Some parts not glued down and material overhangs shoes. We have had many shoes repaired and have never had such a terrible job done. We have used another shoe repair - Tom's has

First of all, I would like to say how friendly Jacob and the staff is at Midway. This review has no intent to wish ill will. It is my recommendation for others to understand the limitations of their work. I bought my wife a very expensive pair of shoes for her 60th birthday. We needed to have the bottoms protected, per the recommendation of the Mfg. We took them too Midway and the results were not satisfactory. The material used to protect the bottom of the shoe was taken so far down on the shoe, it was visible with every move. In addition, the edges of the rubber coating was black greasy and not

Been bringing stuff here for a few years now. From getting shoes fixed, soles replaced, bag zippers fixed/replaced and luggage stitching fixed. They’ve done it all for me. They do a great job, fast if needed and cheap! Why buy replacements of bags, shoes and luggage when you can just get them fixed here for a fraction of the price. This is a lost trade, we are lucky to have them in this area. Support your local businesses! Love this place
