We're all family here, by blood or by our love. We are led by Evan Coon, our Chef, who's been making Twisted Pies for over three years. Along with our children, we are joined by our extended family members who've jumped in to help in our new adventure and who share the LOVE of making quality food and a memorable dining experience.
Our pizzas start with our unique flour blend that includes authentic Italian Doppio 0 (or 00) flour, directly from Italy. The result is a wonderfully tasty mix of crispy and chewy texture, all at the same time! Some say our crust may be the best part of the pizza! Then we add our House-made sauces and top them with premium Mozzarella cheese and the freshest ingredients that are chopped, sliced, diced and roasted to perfection daily!

I took the family here for pizza dinner. The pizza was awesome, and the staff and owner made you feel at home like you were a long-time customer. We ordered 4 different pies (pizza), and each one was outstanding. My granddaughter said it was the best pizza she had, and it was her new favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Don't regularly post reviews, but this place is worthy and today we're talkin Twisted Pies. If you're lookin for that pizza place that you'll be telling each other "yea, we'll be getting this again" look no further. This little piece of Mesa is a "major major GO"! The pie was constructed from fresh ingredients and crafted with love. Buonapetit!

If I could I would give them zero stars let me start here, I get to go pick my food up at 6:03 when it was supposed to be done when I get there they tell me another 20 mins I leave to go to the bank get back go Inside after 20 mins and they tell me another 5 because of what we called in to change our order. She apparently called the person who ordered the food at 6:14 and 6:18 they called her back to fix the food she said that it was to late to change our order and she couldn't. I go back to the car after they told me 5 mins waiting the owner comes out asking for the person who she talked

Definitely one of the best pizzas in Arizona that I've ever had. Got me the perfect pepperoni and it is absolutely amazing! Definitely going to start coming here more often. can't wait to try all the different pizzasWings are great too!

On the last night visiting my elderly parents in Mesa I wanted to surprise them with pizza and twisted pies caught my eye so I phoned in a take out order. Upon arriving I noticed every person inside -- from cashiers to cooks --were unmasked. I understand masks are not law in Arizona but with thousands of new cases of Covid every day in the state it makes sense to protect customers and each other by masking while preparing food even if you don't HAVE to. When I expressed my discomfort with the food prep standards, the cashier was fair and didn't charge me for my phone-in order and I left

I have come here twice, once with the boyfriend and once with our children. Both times we had a 5 star experience. The food is not only too notch tasting but the ingredients are top quality. The owners Harold and Nani put so much thought and pay special attention to the details of the art of pizza making. Of course people all over the world think pizza should be made differently depending on where you are from. Went out on a limb and ordered from here, and was so pleasantly surprised. Pizza muffins? I know what you're thinking? What? But they are brilliant! Full of flavor, crust is doughy baked just right, ham and pepperoni inside with cheese..and topped with fresh basil. No pictures, we ate them too fast!

Great pizza! Came here with a bunch of friends and enjoyed several of their popular menu items. Perfect Pepperoni was so good and you must try The Godfather. Owners even spent time with us while we were dining and they were so friendly and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back when we are in Mesa again.

The pizza itself is just nasty, they put jarred garlic all over it. The type where you can taste the preservatives and that ruined an already unpleasant attempt at a pie. The sauce is bland at best, even weird. I would say over cooked but doesn't have garlic or basil, just nasty. The wings are the fatty type, where you taste skin only. Not even going to bother with the rest. I typically order sals gilbert or spinatos or basilles. This was bad. I'm sorry I tried a new place, will not happen again. My sister, in Eveleth, MN, surprised me with a Twisted Pie delivery in Mesa, AZ last evening! The Internet. Am I right?
Granted, I haven't partaken of any pizzeria lately- existing primarily on Walgreen's frozen food case for pizza sustenance- but the half sausage half pepperoni pie delivered hot to my door last night was one of the best I've enjoyed in suburban PHX for years!

The crust is what makes this pizza - perfect mix of crunchy and chewy. We had the Meatball Parmigiani which was generously covered with sliced meatballs - so much, in fact, that I removed some of them since they were a little overwhelming (but nothing wrong with some meatballs on the side to eat later)!
Really wish they had the cannoli on the menu - I saw it when I picked up the order but they didn't have any made and I didn't want to wait for them to do so, although they offered to make some in 5 minutes. It looked really good.
