At Valley Mills Vineyards, we make fine wines from 100% Texas-grown grapes. A great love for viticulture underlies all that we do, and we are meticulous in caring for the multiple vineyards we farm. With fantastic support from our Wine Club members, our production has multiplied many times since our start in 2006.
You can visit us every day from 12-6 PM at our Estate Winery in Valley Mills, TX. We use only the highest quality grapes for our wine production, sourced locally in McLennan and Bosque Counties, and in the Texas High Plains.

This was a phenomenal visit. We stayed inside but they have a lovely patio showing the vineyard itself. Laura was our greatest asset, providing great assistance on all the wine varieties, she was highly educated and helped us pick several wonderful bottles. Laura also showed us their photos from previous weddings, and we are seriously considering here for our wedding.

We came down to visit family from the Texas Hill Country and wanted to stop by last minute. The staff was super friendly and the set up was great. I would highly recommend those visiting the Waco or Central Texas area to stop by and at least taste their wines. We look forward to returning next time we are in Waco. We are surrounded my many wineries in the Texas Hill Country and this winery is just as wonderful as the many that surround us. Highly recommend.

My husband and I ran out of things to do in Waco when visiting for a work conference. We stumbled across this winery on Google maps and wish we would have found it sooner in the day! Pictures do NOT do it justice. It is absolutely breathtaking and offers some of the best wines we have ever had! We were fortunate enough to have Jade as our server. She was exceptional and offered detailed information on each wine! She made our experience so fantastic and never acted like she was in a hurry or had other things to do!

Love the owners and the staff! The wine is awesome. The quality is excellent and there are so many great choices, everyone can find an award winning wine that is sure to be loved. The tasting room is great, but I recommend Saturday night’s Sip and Swirl. The live music creates a great atmosphere. Saturday nights also have food available from some classy food trucks.
