Stauffer & Sons Construction is a custom home builder and remodeler based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We build new homes and light commercial structures all over the Pikes Peak region. The number of employees we keep is small, and that's the way we like it. Having a lean team allows us to respond to market changes as needed, and ensures that communication is fast and efficient without the extra burden of departments and paperwork.
Stauffer & Sons Construction is based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, but we've spent years building all over the Pikes Peak region. As a custom home builder, we've always had the business model of the "build on your lot" builder, where the clients buy their own land, and we build your home on it.
