The commercial division of Reliant offers full-service general contracting, construction management, and Design/Build services. Regardless of the delivery method, our staff is fully experienced in merging all the elements of a successful design and construction project into a formal process, ensuring success on projects of any size or type.
This Design/Build project was the result of a close collaboration between end-user and contractor. The team had to develop the project within a Congressionally-mandated budget. Budget constraints helped define a highly efficient design which has the equipment "stacked" in 2-story shelving. Built into the shelving are electrical outlets which are sized and located specifically for each piece of equipment.
Design/Build construction encompassing 5 buildings on a 12 acre site. Included a Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Hardstand HazMat Storage, Company Operations Facility, Secured Storage Administration Facility, and Covered Storage. This Design/Build project included demolition and renovation of the interior including utilities, fie alarm, floor, walls, and ceilings.

I did about $73,000.00 worth of work for Brad Hix the owner of this company in the summer of 2019. I never received payment from this man and am actually in the process of sueing this company for breach of contract. Please do not do business with this company as they are unreliable and unprofessional.
