The Perfect Fit is a full service Bridal Boutique located in Marengo, IL since 2014. When we first opened we only did alterations with the goal to be a full service bridal store 5 years after we opened. This goal was achieved much faster than we thought, everyday we are taking steps to keep expanding to offer more to our brides.
At the age of 8 my grandma taught me how to sew, I continued to sew through out high school taking classes to learn more about sewing. I worked for my Great Aunt at her alterations shop and learned a lot about alterations. I attended William Rainey Harper college for Fashion Merchandising and Design.

We carry Rosebuds Flower Girl Dresses these flower girl dresses are adorable and affordable they offer belts with bling and all the dresses have a matching 18 inch doll dress. At The Perfect Fit we try to keep our prices very reasonable we understand not all brides have a huge budget. We specialize in formal wear alterations we also do alterations on gowns not purchased at our store.
After many obstacles i had to face before finding her, I finally love my dress and cant wait to wear for my wedding day! Heather saved my dress from looking like a sloppy cinderella ball gown nightmare! I highly recommend Heather for all your seamstress needs. Very reasonably priced and finished swiftly.

Heather and Margret are very talented, professional women! I had my wedding dress, my mother’s, mother in law’s, and my bridesmaids dresses all altered. Every dress was “the perfect fit”! I was amazed that I literally had one fitting and the next time I showed up and tried it on it fit me like a glove! I was so impressed with their skill and technique. They gave me the confidence right away that they understood my concerns and communicated that they would make it exactly what I needed. I had such a wonderful experience and would want every bride who is terrified to hand over their dream

I bought my dress at Volles Bridal. The dress buying experience was everything I imagined it would be!! Ordering the dress was another story. I worked with the previous owner (who has since retired) and had the cliche I said yes to the dress experience.
