Edgar Ratcliffe Anderson, Jr., M.D., Lieutenant General, USAF (Ret.), founded the company to provide quality products and service for our active-duty and veteran medical service facilities.
Our government relations team includes service-disabled veterans who have served in the Army, Navy and Air Force. Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF), which provides for the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation, and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans. Patriot PAWS volunteers Tammy and Kathy bring Peyton - a service dog in-training - to visit the VHMS office team and share info about their organization.
Andy served 30 years in the Air Force as a pilot, physician, hospital administrator and AF Surgeon General. He was the Lead Agent of the Tricare Region VI, which included both Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, as well as 17 other military hospitals in a four-state region.
