If you have a pediatric patient, GO ELSEWHERE
Son needs a new wheelchair so bad we were in need of a loaner while we waited to get a new one. The loaner they gave me was an adult wheelchair.... for an 8 year old. With NO seat cushion. I had to ask for a seat cushion. School PT ended up finding a chair in the districts warehouse for him to use in the meantime because the loaner was UNACCEPTABLE. One month into working with them still had NO MEASURING DATE. And no date in sight for getting measured so no where near getting started on getting a new wheelchair. I then got a prescription for a bath

However, I've had serious and consistent communication issues with them. I can never get a hold of the rep that is assigned to me. A different person will SOMETIMES call to verify which type of catheters and how many to send to me each month, but they don't always call. When they DO call, if I have to make any changes (which is common at the moment) this person has to forward that message to my rep, and my rep has to call me to discuss the details. If I miss
