I would like to take a moment of your time to introduce myself. My name is Steve Blauwkamp and I have been in the lawn sprinkler industry for 26 years now. I started as an installer, moved into a General Manager's position of three satellite offices. Later on I worked as a distributor, which covered Ohio and Kentucky.
During these years I also taught Irrigation classes at The Cincinnati State College. My bachelor's degree in Business is from The University of Michigan. In 1989, I started The Lawn Management Sprinkler Company. The company has done better than I would have imagined. We owe much of our growth to so many colleagues in the landscape and building industry.

I wanted to say how pleased I was with John G.'s work today on our leaking backflow issue. We have been customers of Lawn Mgt. for close to 10 years. John took the time to properly fix and level the pipes and the connections instead of just putting more putty on the grooves. The man who repaired the sprinkler, Evan, did a great job.

I've used this company for a couple of years to maintain and repair my sprinkler system. Their staff are very professional and hard-working. My system has needed a number of repairs and they were able to get it all sorted out over time with good planning and cost control.
One cool thing is that in the late fall, if your system hasn't been shut off yet and freezing weather is expected, they give you a courtesy call with a reminder and instructions on how to avoid a burst pipe.

We have been using this company for about 6 or 7 years. This year when we had them turn on the system the guy said he had to replace one of the sprinkler heads. Okay. Not even a week later we hear from the water company saying we are losing 10 gallons of water an hour. We went searching around the house trying to figure out the problem. Turns out it was the sprinkler head that they had supposedly replaced. It takes another week for them to come back out. We asked the guy how much this was going to cost us and he said probably about $30. Okay. That’s fine. We received our bill in the mail and

We had a number of issues we wanted resolved during our sprinkler Spring turn on. We were very fortunate that Andy was the man who visited our house. Andy flawlessly and patiently addressed each and every one of our questions and thanks to him, our system is again humming along like a well-oiled machine. Without question, he is a consummate professional who takes great pride in providing great customer service. I have used them to winterize my system for years without issue. Recently I had them come out and replace a few heads and they did a splendid job! Some of the heads were very old and they replaced them with much better rotary heads that cover the area much better. They also moved a head that my deck builder had inadvertently blocked. I am very pleased with their service.

Spent thousands of dollars with this company for our neighborhood and now finding out from our new irrigation company that the "repair" work we thought we were paying for last year was done shoddily, if at all. Some of our system still isn't working, again after thousands of dollars paid. Plus they double billed us and ended up owing us $6K back.
