TriState Water Works is a lawn sprinkler service and repair company. We service all makes and manufacturers of sprinkler system and landscape lighting products. We are certified in the State of Ohio to test and repair lawn sprinkler backflow devices, no need to call a separate contractor to test your backflow device.
TriState Water Works put the Hydrawise Wi-Fi Controller in during the summer, and I really like it. It's all about saving time and making the sprinkler system easier to manage. If I'm out of town, I can turn the sprinklers on or off from the phone app. I also check my sprinkler heads every few weeks.
Get your sprinkler system ready for the season with one of our Sprinkler System Spring Start-Up Service Packages (3/4 Water Meter or Smaller). TriState Water Works will turn on your system and make sure it's working properly. It's best to contract a professional for your irrigation system startup. Turning your sprinkler system back on in the spring requires expertise and patience, to avoid damaging the system.
Winterizing your lawn sprinkler system can eliminate costly repairs and headaches in the springtime. Water left in the pipes of your sprinkler system can freeze when temperatures dip causing damage to the entire system. Winterizing your lawn sprinkler system involves removing any water from the pipes so they cannot expand and cause damage when freezing temperature hit.

Alek serviced our sprinkler system for the end of season blow out. What a nice man. He explained everything to me as this was my first experience with an underground sprinkler system. A couple of months earlier Tim repaired a valve and also he explained what he was doing. What a great company. So much better than another company I called. TriState Water Works really cares about the customer.

As usual the TriState service was excellent. Easily made an appointment over the phone. The Technician arrived 4 hours early, was already in the area doing other services and was able to do ours as well. Very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. TriState continues to be an excellent service and well worth the money.

We’ve used Tri State for the last few years and have always received fantastic service. This year, we had some issues with our sprinkler system due to a patio we had built. First, let me say that we had used several other irrigation companies, which had difficultly in answering the phone, returning calls, showing up at appointments, etc., which left us dissatisfied and looking for a new company. TriState Water Works was a gem in this regard, as it was a no-hassle schedule and they answered the phone or called back in a reasonable time, billing was easy, etc. In a world where nothing is easy, this was. Eric from TriState Water Works was extremely capable and informative. He went above and beyond, taking the time to review the entire system with me, and repairing damage

Sean's expertise was absolutely necessary to find the right locations to place the right fixtures. Sean demonstrated that "less is often best" in terms of total fixtures/light. He then gave us a choice of amber filter density to find the warmth we wanted. We had a range of transformers to choose from and we picked one that that seasonally adjusts for time on/off but with Bluetooth connect to allow variation. Couldn't be happier.
