We hope you enjoy and are encouraged by the success stories of many of our OSPT patients. Read about our patients success with post surgical therapy, sports therapy and conditioning and other physical therapy treatment at Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy. After my surgery I was using a walker to get around the house.
Dress comfortably - shorts or sleeveless shirts are great for knee or shoulder rehab patients. Allow 1 and 1/2 hours for your first appointment. There will be some paper work, then an evaluation, treatment and time to answer any questions you may have. After your first visit your appointments will last about 45-90 minutes depending on your treatment.
OSPT is an in-network preferred provider for most PPO (private) insurance plans and Medicare. In addition, we accept workers comp and personal injury claims. We are preferred providers for nearly all PPO, POS and EPO insurances in California. Also, as a service to our patients, we verify benefits with your individual policy so that each patient is informed of coverage details before treatment.

Robin & Guy have worked diligently on my BALANCE with many routines supporting various exercises strengthening footwork, posture, controlling steady movement side to side and front to back. Both therapists are very supportive putting me through multiple and varied exercises contributing to my balance work and improvement progress.

OSPT is where you should go for physical therapy! Before I found them I was going to a group where the therapists would rather chat with each other than help their patients. Only when I pressed my surgeon for a change, did I find OSPT. Night & Day difference. At OSPT you will have therapy designed to get you back in shape, with clear goals so you know your own progress. They are absolutely the best, imho. They’ve got me going after knee replacement surgery and again two years later after fracturing my femur in two places. Believe me when I say that John, Gary and the staff at OSPT know their

I worked with Guy and Kyle after suffering a shoulder injury. I came every week with a list of questions, and they always had the answers, and the science to explain why the answers made sense. They started me with a few exercises, and as things progressed, help me develop a plan to keep my shoulders healthy for the rest of my life. They really focus on treating the underlying conditions, rather than just the symptoms. This means there is no quick fix, but if you put in the effort and follow their coaching, you will see the results. After working with them for about 6 weeks, I have regained a lot

Guy and Kyle are awesome physical therapists. Got me up and going in no time after having meniscus surgery for a root tear. If you don't have access to equipment during none PT hours, they will encourage you to come in and use theirs (in my case it was the bike), this alone can really help recovery. Also if you have any questions/concerns regarding other injuries they will give advice and help out. In my case it was tendonitis and bad back posture. Overall very nice and knowledgeable people. would recommend.

Everyone at Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is great. The front office staff is polite and welcoming. Everyone takes the time the time to learn your name a greets you like they have known you for years. The physical therapist are knowledgeable and dedicated to your rehab. They take the time to answer any of the questions you might have and guide you through the healing process. I have worked with most of the therapist at OSPT and would recommend all of them. They work with your schedule and eager to get you better. Great place over all!

I have a Total Knee Replacement and it is the most physically painful experience I have gone through. It made 18 hours of labor seem like a walk in the park.
I was fortunate to get Kyle as my PT, he has stuck with me through thick and thin. He encouraged me, comforted me and made me believe that I could endure the pain and difficulties that come from having such a surgery and being one of those people who had difficulties and was healing more slowly.. i tell you, I needed a lot of reassurance. Kyle believed in me. He explained things to be and his up eat, positive attitude helped me greatly.

Over the years, I've been to several different Physical Therapy groups, and this is by far my favorite, for several reasons. Beginning with the walk in the door, the reception staff are friendly and super on top of things. The Physical Therapists are incredibly knowledgeable & seem to enjoy explaining the reasons for what their patients need to do/they are doing TO their patients. The atmosphere in the workout room is congenial, but mellow. And, I noticed, the Physical Therapists gauge if their patients are chatters or not. If not, they do NOT constantly talk at them, and I appreciated being able

I worked with both Robert and Guy, both outstanding physical therapists. Very professional, very knowledgeable, fun (yes, I said fun) and caring. I would/will recommend this place to anyone seeking relief and recovery from an injury. As a massage therapist myself, I recognize excellence in touch therapies and this place has it.
