Coal stoves feature excellent heat output, offering high efficiency and no use of bituminous coal. Modern stoves have automatic feed options and thermostats, offering convenience and comfort in one product.
Once you've chosen your stove from S.O.S. Stove & Fireplace Shoppe, you'll probably need pellet or coal fuel and some other accessories. Our showroom has all you need. We offer a variety of pellet fuels from Barefoot, Wood Pellet, Inc, Easy Heat, Easy Blaze and Hamer Pellet Fuel. Purchased a brand new Jotul Carabasset with a full warranty. The secondary air intake to the baffle at top of the firebox does not function. Numerous calls to SOS and they state they can not honor the warranty since I live in PA. Did not inform me of this prior to purchase. I have sent their repairman videos of the stove not working properly. They also claim that contacting Jotul on my behalf is all they can do. Legal recourse for breach of warranty has unfortunately become my only course of action.

Joe was a life saver today. With this weird weather and fist season running the new stove we didnt plan amount of use. No one had pellets and He was able to recommend a softwood and have ready when we arrived. Thank you for the help and quick answers.

I always try to shop local when I can! S.O.S. Stove & Fireplace Shoppe has been great from the beginning of my wood stove search!! They are upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable! I got their first Vermont Casting Aspen C3!! I could not be more excited to enjoy the warmth and comfort this stove will bring my family! And I could not have gotten it from a better local small business!

After interviewing 4 other fireplace places we chose SOS. Their knowledge, well procured showroom and execution of the final install proved we made the right choice. We discovered our Blaze King wood insert there which no one else had. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. The price was right. This place is the real deal and I highly recommend them. Next year we'll be back for another insert for our basement.
