I purchased this beauty (Tiara II Large Cast Iron DV Gas Stove) from WoodHeat, Easton. My salesman, Scott Thompson, was very thorough in his overview of this product to assure it met my needs. He also searched for the best available price. Now here is the best part...even though I used an independent installer, Scott coordinated the pick-up of the stove by my installer & followed up with me to assure the installation was occurring. I'm very pleased with my purchase & Scott's thoroughness.

No expert help, even with all the Saturday staff trying. They couldn't specify the size of a door gasket for a stove they are a dealer for. After waiting 10 minutes, I took over and got the part. Lucky I had cash, too, as they couldn't accept any credit cards. Hope you have better luck!

When my pellet stove was installed wood heat only placed the liner in the chimney halfway. That is a code violation and I could have a fire. When my chimney was cleaned, it was discovered. The chimney cleaner recommended me not using my pellet stove until I place a liner that goes up the entire chimney. I am contacting the better business tomorrow. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

These guys aren't selling pellets by the bag anymore. Northampton Seed Company on Georgetown Road, Nazareth, PA sells
them by the bag, the 1/2 ton and ton.
Replying to Todd: I've bought two stoves (pellet and a Jotul ga from you and almost a third. You've sold pellets by the bag for years. But, thanks so much for your reply.

Purchased a stove here. Stove ran hot from the get go and constantly got too hot. They told me I didn't know how to operate the unit. Finally , after calling repeatedly, they came out to inspect the unit. They said nothing was wrong with it and I didn't know how to use it. Stove continued to run so hot and uncontrollably (literally glowing red) I called in Jotul North America to help. They walked me through the process. Turns out I had a crack in my stove from day 1. I had to pay to fix it myself and do the work myself. Stove was only a year old. Needless to say, I won't do business here again

You may sugar coat my review all you'd like. The fact remains I bought a supposedly brand new stove & it has not worked properly...had two tech visits...changed out NEW PARTS & it still does not work as it should. I have oil heat at home, which I usually fill up once a year because I use the pellet stove as my supplemental heat source, I am due for a second fill up already! Which will cost me an additional $450! My electric bill also went up to over $200 in a month because I have to use my electric heaters!!! This is my most expensive winter!! I thought this $2000 purchase was going

I initially posted a negative review of Woodheat. I was a disgruntled stove buyer that had some issues with a stove I paid top dollar for. I changed my review because Dean and Woodheat made sure ALL parts that were left to be repaired were fixed and taken care of under warranty. Todd and his helper came by twice to take care of me and get my stove back up and running. I can't say enough good things about Todd and the helper that came by and made sure things were replaced and fixed correctly! Now I have my stove back!!! Thanks for the help!

About the owners comment.Your business is to sell pallets stoves not pellets from what I read you really don't do a good job on your stoves and like I said give me the money upfront for pellets I will go in business selling pallets with no upfront fees like you said you're doing it for courtesy for people where's the courtesy it that they have to put money out before they receive the pellets

I understand matching an address by checking an ID. Needing to be entered into your system is purely wasting my time. I travel every week for business and don't need to be in anybody's "system" to use a credit card. It adds no security for your customer!

FINAL UPDATE: After personally calling our Mayor and Zoning Official, we finally have the stove installed and working on Feb 4. My conclusion...if you care about fair customer service, or getting your stove in less than 2-3 months, don't purchase from WoodHeat!!!

UPDATE: It is now January 30th and NO STOVE YET! I spoke to the permit office and the girl said that Woodheat filed the application on Dec. 24th...One full month after I paid in full. She said she would put our file on the inspectors chair, and that she often fields calls from upset WoodHeat Inc. customers. They take the money

WARNING!!! Do not do business with this company. They took all of our cash up front ($7000+) for a unit that we had purchased in the summer of 2012. Winter is half over.... and they are still not done!

"TIM" the sales guy came to our location to inspect the place. Not to get too technical, he said that we were good for the install. So he sets up a date for the install (in a month!). When the installers come, they tell us the the chase base box is too low.

They told this after we had rebuilt the entire fireplace with stucco on the exterior. We had specifically had asked TIM to make
