Dr. Flaherty is by far the best podiatrist on the central coast. I began seeing Dr. Flaherty when I developed severe foot pain from my normal walking regimen. He thoroughly examined my foot and came up with an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan that has put me on the road to recovery. He is an extremely knowledgable professional and has a genuine interest in his patient's well being. He doesn't conduct unnecessary X-rays and tests as I have seen some podiatrist do. His staff are very friendly and professional as well.

Great, GREAT, GREAT care !!! Dr. Michael is the best in the central coast for coast for foot care !! He LISTENS and knows his stuff !!! I am beyond impressed and satisfied with today's visit. They are open on Saturdays !!! Which is great for working people who are in that Monday-Friday schedule!!! He figured out my foot pain and will work towards re-training my foot to how it was prior to pain occurring !!! Thank you !! And staff was great complying with the pandemic guidelines !!!!!

Dr. Flaherty saw my father while he was in town visiting from Texas, he didn't just see him - he skipped his lunch so that he would be able to before he left town. Our family was overjoyed! My dad has many health concerns, a rare form of neuropathy being one of them and Dr. Flaherty listened to all of his concerns and helped plan out a course of action for them to take. When my father visits again he will for sure be following up!

One morning I woke up with terrible foot pain. I loved with it for about 3 weeks hoping it would go away, but finally realized it was time to see a foot doctor. I a, so grateful I found Dr. Flaherty who diagnosed the problem as neuropathy and prescribed a supplement that would provide an important compound my body was not making.
Within about 4 weeks my pain was gone. I since found out from several nurse friends that they see patients on heavy prescription meds for years for neuropathy and their pain continues.
It is a breathe of fresh air to find a doctor making decisions in the best interests

I started seeing Dr. Flaherty based on the previous Yelp reviews. I have been very pleased with the services he has provided for me. I have been seeing him for about 6 months regarding a couple of different issues. His staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate that he works on Saturdays. Dr. Flaherty has been knowledgable, professional, friendly, and understanding. You can feel that he really cares about his patients as individuals and is passionate about his work. I highly recommend him for your next service!

I was impressed with his approach, manner and thoroughness of my first visit. He is easy to talk to about my foot problem. I diagnosed myself as having Plantars Fasciitis. He explained why it wasn't PF and that it was a Peripheral Neuropathy issue. He put me on some natural meds and explained how they work.

I'm an aging athlete and unfortunately my body is starting to feel the strain. So any doctor that get's me back on my feet and back to what I love deserves 5 stars! Thanks Dr. Flaherty
I really enjoyed his personality and as a medical professional he is top notch. He's not afraid to sit you down and give you the whole truth and what you need to do to get better. Follow the doctors orders and you'll be back at it in no time!
