Diabetes is a serious disease that can develop from lack of insulin production in the body or due to the inability of the body's insulin to perform its normal everyday functions. Insulin is a substance produced by the pancreas gland that helps process the food we eat and turn it into energy. Type 1 and Type 2. Type 1 is usually associated with juvenile diabetes and is often linked to heredity.

Close to 1 in 4 of all the bones in your body is in your feet. A broken (fractured) bone in your forefoot or in one of your toes, while often painful, is rarely disabling. Most of the time, these injuries heal without the need for surgical intervention. Types of fractures include stress fractures and general bone fractures.
A variety of injuries can occur as a result of partaking in activites such as running, martial arts, aerobics, kick boxing and other team sports. These include, but are not limited to, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, sesamoiditis, and ankle sprains. Stretching is recommended for a minimum of 15 minutes before and after performing any exercise.

SMPC had taken care of my mother for years. I would drive her to the clinic and enjoy the atmosphere in the waiting room. It's nice, clean and entertaining. The staff is friendly and polite. There usually is no to minimal wait time, since they have three different treatment rooms. Dr. Hoeger and Dr. Orr are always in a good mood and make us laugh. The doctors would spent extra time on my mom, since she has thick nails. The nail trimming was always very smooth and the nails always came out A1. My son was also treated as a youngster for flat feet and was recommended special shoe insoles... All in

Dr. Orr (and the entire staff) at Santa Maria Podiatry Clinic are amazing. Everything from making an appointment, to the follow-up thereafter was professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Orr answered all my questions in full and without judgement. I have Medicare insurance and I had no idea that there was a podiatrist near me that accepted Medicare. I will now come every two months for my nails, which by the way never looked healthier! I would highly recommend them to anybody who seeks exceptional foot care.

Love this foot doctor! My husband had to see several podiatrist over an ankle issue. Of the 4 we saw, Dr. Hoeger was the only one who found the problem and fixed it! He is always in a good mood and takes the time to answer all of our questions, plus his staff is on the ball! Definitely the best podiatrist near me. I already referred my grandparents over here too. Can't go wrong. Highly recommended A+++++++++

This place has so much to offer! I was able to get a same day appointment and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was friendly and very professional. I live in Dinuba and I’ve been living with foot and ankle pain for months. Today we started a treatment plan to heal my sore feet. I didn't know there was such a great podiatrist near me! I have been a patient here for years, and very much appreciate Dr. Hoeger's thoroughness, kindness, insight and skill. My most recent event was a stress fracture in my foot which Dr Hoeger quickly diagnosed, and patiently guided me through the healing process which included reminding me that it was going to take a while! I also come here for nail maintenance every two months, as well as an update on my healing progress. He and his staff are the best!

My husband has been seeing Dr. Orr and we have been thrilled with the care he received. I have already recommend several people to go see him. Dr. Fatah Paramole is an outstanding Podiatrist. I'm on my feet all day for my business and was not able to ignore the pain on my left foot any longer. I'm diabetic and my wound would just not heal. In the beginning I was hopeful that it would heal itself so I disregarded it for a while, but with time it got worse and worse. Long story short, I noticed their sign outside driving to work everyday, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. After a few weeks of the doctor's treatment, my ulcer was gone. I'm back on my feet now and can walk without pain again. Thank you for your help!

Santa Maria is great! The staff is kind and patient, never felt rushed or pressured. I had an ingrown a few months ago and if you need to get rid of it I would highly recommend Dr. Paramole! He takes his time with every visit and explains everything in full detail. I also got a pair of diabetic socks, thank you!!!
