SHAWN WILLIS, Owner/Broker of IPS-AG, began his career in 1990 at CB Richard Ellis (formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial) in Sacramento. He later joined Grubb & Ellis Commercial in Walnut Creek and was an awarded agent and/or among the top 10 agents every year from 1991-1993. Shawn joined IPS-AG in 1993 to focus on specializing in investment sales in the East Bay Area.
