Not sure about all of the negative reviews. Both myself and my boyfriend have come here several times with no issues. Sometimes there's a wait because they have other customers so I don't understand why that is an issue. They have never tried to scam me and even corrected the work of their competitors across the street!

Came into just tires In Carson the other day and Thomas help bring my car in and was very busy for a small shop but I appreciate Thomas for taking the time to help and explain what they check on my car. I didn't expect them to inspecting my car and letting me know any service that I need even though right now at the time I couldn't not do the recommended services but the employee there every kind and take the time to help each individual customers and explain everything to the best .
I've been here few time but surely recommended.

Why did I even bother making an appointment???
I had a 9 a.m. appointment for an alignment. Checked in shortly before 9 am. I checked back with the front desk because as of 9:43 a.m., my car had not been attended to. At 9:57 a.m., the tech (Kyle) gets my car and parks it onto the lift. It literally sits there - no one was working on my car. Finally at 10:34 a.m., Kyle starts actually attending to my car. At 1041a.m., he takes my car for a test drive. At 1048 a.m., he returns and brings my keys and paperwork to the front desk. I check out and drive away with my car at 10:58 am.

My brakes just started squeaking on Monday not bad at all but I decided I would take care of it now before it damaged the rotors and became an expensive problem. After 30-45 minutes the guy comes up with a quote for $877.00. He said the rotors were bad and all 4 had to be replaced as well. He showed me the brake pads as proof but not the rotors... hmm very suspicious to me. After I told him I would have to think about it because like a lot of people I too was laid off due to covid he then suggested that I apply for the just tires credit card and that I didn't have to pay it off right away

The latino worker with semi-long hair was AWESOME and super helpful. Came in to get some air in my tires and he did just that, as well as fixed the icon thing that pops up on my dashboard. He also assured me that if the tire gave me anymore problems, to return to see him. I was sold! Congrats on hiring such an awesome hard-worker and employee!

Slow service. Not honest about services they offer. Slow service. Tried to force me to buy air filters telling me multiple times "you need these". Slow service. Slow service. Oh god, why is the service so slow. There's no one else here. Why is it taking so long? Why won't they let me pay before they're done with the service (after the air filter upsell) so I can leave faster?
They didn't top off the wiper fluid.
