On dec 9 2021 around 5pm, I called to get a car onlocked and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She was unpatient and unprofessional. After feeling unappreciated as a costumer, i decide to hang up and not use their service. I called a different company and it ended up being a little more expensive but the people were really professional and nice. I will not take my business to disrespectful people

AAA dispatched this tow service after my truck broke down. The tow truck driver asked to see my registration which was odd. First time that has ever happened. He said he can't tow vehicles registered in business names. What? Left me stranded in the rain. AAA then dispatched Bill's Towing which were wonderful folks to deal with. They towed me no problem. I see others have had the same experience with Yarbrough Bros. We filed a complaint with AAA and found out you can request a tow company with AAA . We will request Bill's from now on.

I do not recommend this company anymore. They used to be great, but the last 2+ years the ladies in the office are disrespectful, rude and behave like their company is too big for their britches. I used Yarbrough since 2010. Request Rich's Towing which I found out today they are also a ln AAA subcontractor. Yarbrough is not the only game in town. This company is only 2-3 miles from my home and treated me like I was not a worthy customer when Rich's responded right away.

I would not have my car towed by this company if they were the last tow company on earth!!!!! They would not tow my car to our destination. They have horrible service and horrible drivers!!! You get a job follow thru with it!!!! And of course they have every reason in the book why they can't fulfill there duty!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!

I called AAA for roadside assistance for my dead battery. It was 7-8 pm rainy evening, AAA dispatched Yarbrough Brothers Towing. Vince was there soon after my call, jumped my battery. As he was getting ready to leave, I realized I had locked my keys in my vehicle. I waved him down and he was gracious enough to unlock my door for me! I felt so bad because by this time it was a down pour! Thanks Vince you are awesome!

I put in a request through AAA for roadside assistance. I wasn't expecting a quick response but my ETA went from 58mins to 5 mins, with Yarbrough Brothers responding. The rep (William) showed up promptly and was very helpful. I mentioned how embarrassed I was about my car troubles and he said, "Don't be." He was kind, listened to my questions, and answered in a manner that I could understand (I'm no auto expert). He even advised me on some concerns, I expressed, about my car that were unrelated to the service request issue. He was quick to fix the issue and well explained every step. I highly recommend

I had my car towed to the repair shop after an accident. They showed up without out calling first and no appointment was ever made. The driver couldn't find my car and left. I tried calling back to no avail. Called the repair shop again and explained. Same thing happened this time an early morning calling. I called the office back and the woman who answered the phone was rude. When the driver showed up in the afternoon I went out to meet him, the woman in the office left a sarcastic message about me not answering the phone again. I would never do business with them again. I had the worst experience with the lady that answered my phone call. She was very rude and NO customer service person has ever treated me this rude and disrespectful. I am a faithful AAA customer and shocked that would actually use a company that treats people this way. I do NOT RECOMMEND Yarbrough Bros. My experience with Miguel was amazing! He was so friendly and had my car on the truck in no time at all! He made great time from when I submitted my request and arrival was within 10 minutes! Greeted me with a huge smile! Thank you for your time and making me laugh during the ride to the dealership to get my car repaired.

I was at Kaiser and came out to a dead battery in my car. Called AAA who sent out Yarbrough and the technician was awesome. He hit the car started showed me where my battery was almost dead but alternator and starter were good. Installed a new battery and we were on our way home within a half hour of my initial call. Great service and great technician.

Caton from Yarbrough Towing was dispatched because my battery was dead. I had my dog with me in the car. I had an average wait time, less than what the operator said it could be. Caton helped charge my battery enough to get me started and on my way to purchasing a new battery. My battery was older, I had complete faith in him and Yarbrough. While visiting family at Finley park with my two children my phone died. I noticed that my phone was dead when my family members were leaving so I returned to my car to leave also I discovered that my door key had fallen off my key chain inside my vehicle and I was locked out. I luckily stopped the last family member to leave in the parking lot and they helped me call a tow truck from yarbrough's towing. I don't know why these guys don't have 5 stars, if I could rate them more it would be a ten. 2 Wednesday's ago I was waiting for a friend getting chemo at Sutter, and I decided to see if the Farmer's Market had begun, and it had. I shopped a little and then used my car cell service, as well as the radio for an hour.
Ran that 1 year old Nissan battery right down.
Had to call AAA.
Maybe 40 minutes later a battery tech from Yarbrough came to my rescue.

This is third tim this outfit has not been of any help to me, whatsoever! A couple of years ago I had a battery issue with my pickup and they said they couldn't help because my driveway was dirt and too narrow, which is odd because I've had 30' moving trucks in my driveway. Today, it was my Miata, the guy showed up and made a half-assed attempt to jump me with his little portable power source, gave up quickly, said it was a bad starter and that I needed to call a mobile mechanic because they can't tow the car because of the "dirt" driveway. I have never had somebody be so rude on the phone when calling another business !!! They say they are coming then I call back for an eta , The lady says they never said that ? I said the other lady said you were on your way .So the new lady calls me a liar saying I can guarantee that didn't happen and her tone and attitude was completely 100% rude ! I own a moving company and we have a sterling reputation on Yelp and Google 5 stars all the way ,with lots of reviews . So I call the owner and complain about the rude service I received and let her

Made arrangements for towing my car which was in a locked lot that didn't open until 10am. AAA gave me a window from 10-11am. Driver arrived and 9:50am. When I wasn't there, the dispatcher called in an extremely rude manner stating we needed to be there NOW! We explained the situation and the dispatcher hung up on us and cancelled the call with AAA. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.

Worst experience ever driver was rude and inexperienced. Do not buy batteries from them. My battery was defective and constantly kept dying would not hold charge. Driver said because it at such low voltage it was the battery it was the car even though alternator was fine. Wrong!!! Nothing plugged in no lights were one defective batteries can run at low voltage!!! They do not honor warranties and will do anything to get out of giving you a new battery under warranty. Battery is less than a year old should not do this!!

This is the second time we have had an issue with this company. The first time my brother got into an accident and they towed. When we went to get the car they said we had to cal AAA and wait for them. When we called AAA said that is not correct and what should have been a 10 minute thing turned into a half hour thing. Second time my mom’s car battery died a 2 minute drive from our house. AAA said it was fine if we went home cause they would call us since it was a 2 hour wait time. Yesterday I had an issue in my Tundra and called AAA who confirmed a truck was on the way!
Yarbrough showed up, had my truck on the flat bed in minutes!
I needed the truck towed to a place with a difficult driveway and the driver backed it in, had it off the truck in no time!!!

Ok, I had a very complicated situation involving Yarbrough brothers and a mechanics shop, but Robert Yarbrough really came through in a stand up way.
This is what happened: I had a flat, so since I have AAA, I called for them to come change the tire. A really nice guy showed up, did the work, and I liked him a lot! He put on my spare, and I drove back to Sonoma, where I live, to get a new tire. This is where it got complicated.

Literally having a crappy day and after two of my tires popping on me..and sitting on hold with insurance and firestone..my patience is wearing on me. Susanna the receptiomnist had a b*tchy tone the whole time, gave me a way out time slot to wait for the truck, and when asked about payment and she couldnt have been colder to me. Im so glad i called Preformance Towing and got an actual time which was 30 min not her 60 to 90 min window susanna said. And they were half the price. So if you want quality customer care, a better deal, and less time wasted DO NOT go to this tow co.

So some time ago I found this tow company double parked across a handicap spot while they went and got lunch. I submitted a yelp review and just got a reply back from Yelp. They took it down because they weren't sure if it was a first hand review of as a customer.
I'd like to state that seeing this tow company double parked over a handicap spot was my first hand experience as a potential customer, again, with this tow company. Sorry I couldn't accept your drivers decision to park the way he did. The rest of us get towed for that exact same thing.
