I was stranded on CA128 in my electric vehicle with a flat tire - and no spare tire. AAA told me they were having trouble locating a tow company that would be able to help me. It was dark, raining, and I was a female alone on a California highway - with no way to get home. I was very nervous until I was able to find A&T Towing. I was extremely impressed with Aric Anderson who called me back, told me he knew exactly where I was because he was familiar with the area and the falling rocks that puncture tires. After waiting over 12 hours for a AAA tow, they said that Napa Towing didn't want to go 150 miles to take me back home and cancelled my tow request. It was so frustrating when they asked me to find a tow truck to take me home and pay out of pocket after waiting for so long.
Thankfully I called this place and they arrived so fast! The driver, Aric, was really nice and provided excellent service! From the moment I called, to when my car was dropped off, they never once complained about the long ride or made me feel like a burden.
I highly recommend this business, they really understand that

On our way to Yountville via Hwy 128 we unfortunately hit a pothole on the road that bent our passenger side front and rear rims causing the tires to lose air pressure. The front tire lost air quickly and we had to pull over and change the tire. The rear tire was low but holding air. We managed to drive to a gas station on Hwy 29. We decided we would have to have our vehicle towed back to Rocklin. We tried using our AAA roadside service but after waiting over 3 hours we called our RangeRover roadside service. We had a tow in an hour. A & T Towing was dispatched to us. The company kept us updated

I had a minor fender bender, non injury accident. The tow driver David showed up and immediately announced my car was totaled. (It certainly was not, I got it back today.) It was a holiday weekend and my choices were very limited, but I still seriously considered telling him to just drive away without me or the car. I instantly knew I couldn’t trust him.

Miguel!! My car died heading into Napa last Sunday. Luckily, a guy helped get me over to the side of the road + CHP showed up. They waited behind me until the tow truck showed. Driver was Miguel and he was AWESOME. Was supposed to drop me at a place that was CLOSED (it was Sunday) according to the tow instructions, but he knew I needed someone to fix my car as I was stuck, so he brought me to the only open auto place + I was able to get a new alternator installed and be on my way. Cannot thank you enough Miguel! My sister and I truly appreciate how kind you were to us!!

I scheduled an appointment through State Farm Roadside Assistance and was told this company would arrive between 730 and 800 in the morning. The guy pulls up at 726 and calls me rapidly 3 times. Then drives off. I was on a call and couldn't switch over. I literally walked outside and he was gone. I called him right back at 733 and he told me he already cancelled the call and tough luck!

This company was contacted through my insurance company. They quoted a 3 hour wait to start with which was bad enough. 1 hour and 45 mins into that, they called me and said they'd be to me in 45 mins, so earlier than the original eta. I waited that 45 mins and then another 30 mins before calling them.
They first told me they had no arranged pick up for me, then they told me they'd cancelled it with my insurance company due to a collision they had to deal with. I called my insurance, A&T had told them that their truck broke down. So different stories as to why after 3 hours of waiting

Terrible service. I was in a terrible accident yesterday and was told inaccurate information about when to pick up my vehicle. When I went, the shop was closed and I kept calling and received no answer. The next day I called again and asked what the total fees would be and when I called a second time to verify before heading out there was given a higher price than first mentioned and because it was on the weekend and they are "closed" although it says they're open 24/7 on here, they charged me an extra $100 dollars just to open the gate. The total was $475 for them holding the vehicle

This is The Best Tow service I have ever used ! Roberto was awesome I locked my purse and keys in my car while the Napa fire was going on . They had Roberto come right away to save me , he is the nicest person he was so nice and understanding he opened my car in no time ! This is the most professional tow service in Napa . Everyone is so nice and the girl in the office Amber I think is her name is so helpful and nice you won't be sorry using this company ! # 1 for sure ..

Yesterday I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing a tow as my fuel pump went out on my late model Lexus. A&T's driver Andrew, a kind young man from Minnesota, made the entire ordeal something that brought me up from one of Dante's layers to a wee bit of heaven. We talked about lots of subjects, but if you're fortunate enough to have him as a tow driver, ask him about his '63 Rambler.

These guys were great! I wish I got the name of the person who helped me out. My battery died and my insurance company said it'd be an hour and a half wait. 5 minutes later I get a phone call from the tow guy saying he was able to take my service request before going to tow someone and that he could be at my location in 5 minutes!! He was two blocks away and gave me a jump in literally 10 seconds. I really appreciate that he was willing to squeeze me in instead of waiting almost two hours for something that was so quick. Thank you to whoever helped me!

Not sure if was the company or the driver. When we need a tow it's usually because we have an emergency and rely on our insurance company to help. My car broke down on a dangerous section of 121 in Napa. I was waiting out in terencial rain on a hill behind a road beriour as I felt less in danger. After waiting 2 hours and calling the towing service to confirm my location, I was jokingly told "if it's dangerous I'm not risking my life" a half hour later the driver said it's too dangerous and he would NOT be stopping and said he was "moving on" I was dumbfounded

UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Called this company 2 days in advance to have my car picked up, even called them the day of to say they could come early if it was more convenient. When they were more than an hour late I called and they told me they had to respond to a more important call. They gave no notice simply never showed up.
This is the cheapest company in town for a reason. If you value your time and money spend an extra 20 to have another company do the job when they say they will.

Several years ago, my motorcycle was towed by these guys. Except that they didn't tow it. They drove it off without my permission. They charged me an exorbitant fee for towing it and for keeping it over the weekend (they close down). I confronted them when I showed up to retrieve my bike. The man made some paltry excuses about it being safer to drive my bike. He drove my motorcycle without my permission and charged me for the service that was not provided.
