I had a terrible experience with a different SSDI lawyer - they told me they filed an appeal for me and NEVER did. By the time I found out it was too late to file a real appeal.
Upon finding this out I decided to find another lawyer to start the process right away as I am pretty sick and know absolutely nothing about SSDI. I was treated rather poorly by this firm. After rudely asking many questions - I don't mind answering questions it was the condescending manner in which it was done. I was told that I didn't have enough work credits to even file for SSDI and that I was not disabled enough to

What a wonderful experience. Both Micheal Gilbert and his paralegal were a great help getting me my social security. I have recommended him to others that are in need of a good Attourney.

Gilbert and Bourke were recommended to me and I am so relieved and thankful their lawyer, Christy Holstege, took my case. I live in Orange County and she took my case even though I'm so far from Palm Springs. She was so knowledgeable and always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She was thorough on her answers to my many, many questions and made sure I understood every step along the way. She kept me updated when needed. The national judge who heard my case commented on how very impressed he was with how organized she was and that my case files were put together so

Good for Sociality benefits claims.
Good for disability insurance claims, except when you eventually get your SSDI back pay, you have to pay the insurance company back the benefits that you have been receiving. He gets to keep his commissions. I received a letter from the insurance company asking for a large sum of money, when I am still waiting for my SSDI check that has not yet come.
He never explains any of that, and has always avoided the questions when asked.
I asked another Palm Springs attorney about his lack of disclosure and she said that is never a good situation.
They never call me

Anyone going through the applying/approval process for disability need to seriously consider utilizing Adam's services to have the best/quickest opportunity of positive results. Adam guided me at all the critical points of the lengthy and complex process necessary to be approved. I would highly regard Adam as the best asset to have with you at this very important point.
