Mitchell Reed Sussman & Associates did everything they promised. Their representative explained the process, answered all of our questions, and did not exceed the expected completion date. I highly recommend this firm. Thank you for getting rid of this burden. It is a relief knowing this will never haunt us again. If we ever want a timeshare again, we will rent a resort unit from some other poor owner that has not had the good fortune of hearing about your service.
