Absolutely Amazing Service from Dale Pope at Restoration Experts. We were doing some renovations and had walls removed. The insulation appeared to have mold. We called them and they literally were able to come out within an hour of calling to do an evaluation. Dale was friendly, on-time and most importantly honest.

Absolutely dreadful experience with Andrew Draughon at Restoration Experts. Has pushed back every deadline and has no-showed several times. They damaged my floors and have yet to fix them. They schedule times to arrive and when they don't show, we contact them and they say they can't come today and need to reschedule. Ridiculously unprofessional from Andrew and his contractors.

I'm in the process of selling my home while working with a relocation company. The home inspector found a small area of suspected mold so I called Restoration Experts to come out and remediate the spot as required by the relocation company. Dale came out but believed that the spot was a stain and not a true mold growth. He told me he wouldn't feel right charging me for remediation and instead told me a cleaner to buy and spray on the spot to cover my bases. He also wrote a note detailing his findings to the relocation company for me. Dale went above and beyond for me.

I would not recommend this company at all. I had to switch to a different one half way through and they are having to go back and fix what this company didn’t do for a Cat 3 water damage. Also, much of my stuff was additionally damaged by them! Grrr!!!!

I highly recommend Restoration Experts of NC! They were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I hired them for restoration services in our newly purchased home, specifically from previous water damage. Dale and Frank did a phenomenally detailed job and provided great customer service. I would definitely hire them again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Jake, Ryan, and everyone else that assisted with my water damage did an excellent job. They provided great communication and I was never confused about anything relating to the job or left in the dark. They’re polite, professional, and courteous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who needs their services.
