Aida told me specifically she would take on my case and after i took hours to fill out all of the paperwork and submitted it to her she never once got back to me. I emailed her over 5 times and even called and left a message just to have her mail me a letter over 45 days later to let me know they were not taking my case.
obviously it wasn't good enough for them or enough money for them to feel like i mattered. As a returning costumer from a settlement where i got them over 20 thousand dollars this is absolutely disgusting and outrageous. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me to explain why
