Our facial recognition clock is a dual infrared camera which allows your employees to punch in and out simply by looking at it. You can store up to 800 faces in this hardware. Once the terminal snaps an employee's picture, their time data will be sent right to the Time Clock system. This is a company that should have been bankrupted, they are terrible at everything. They did the whatever system maintenance on their FSA, had to give us a new card, and ended up never give me one. So I have to pay to get one, but they did not mail to me the first time, although I have paid $5 for them to mail a card to me that was supposed to give to me by themselves. Then I had to pay another $5. Now I am waiting for the card, and called their customer service, they said hopefully the card will arrive in 2 weeks. "Hopefully", "In two weeks", This is the worst company ever.

Worst payroll company and online portal. They can’t put employee information in their system correctly. They incorrectly enter SSNs, emails, etc. I have many employees who cannot get into the portal to even see their check stubs! This has been going on for years. None of the links they will send you work. They call you back when it’s convenient for them. I’ve had enough and am going to switch companies. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

When I actually get help it's been good. But, the response time is TERRIBLE. I have emailed for days multiple times to multiple people without even getting an acknowledgment. Often just an out-of-office response. Eventually I'll call and wait on hold for a long time to be able to talk to someone. Always very polite, but not always able to solve the problem. We are only in our 2nd month, so hopefully it will get better.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We were with them about a year, didn't know much better as we were a newer company. Okay, hire a new employee, it takes over a MONTH to get the correct information in the system by our " Payroll Specialist" which mind you changed as often as possible so we never really knew who was handling our account. Now this employee is told they will receive a check, nope. No check sent by Prime Pay, so we are told to write a check. No problem, they will get everything handled. Okay, next pay period, told the Direct Deposit is going through, nope sorry... the payroll specialist

Brian is the guy that comes to sign you up and set up an account. He's great! The problem is when you have to call Prime Pay for assistance. For the most part you have to leave a message for them to call you. Then there are the times when you request documents or help and they send you 'something' but not what you requested, delaying the process that you needed the documents for. I read other reviews, and I thought that printed checks were the ones not received on time, but also learned that direct deposit is an issue as well. Anyone reading these reviews please share with us about a good company

I was referred to this company by our accountant and our initial contact with the sales rep, Nick, was excellent and we used Primepay for both our payroll and TLM services. He was responsive and very good at his job. However, after a few months with the company, I can not deal with the incompetence of some of the representatives at this company and the absolutely abysmal customer service.
During the 5 months that we were with PrimePay, It would be a regular occurrence for me to spend 20+ minutes on hold when I needed to reach their support and when I would get to someone I would be transferred

Was with primepay for a few years ... everything was pretty much automated but when it came to actually needing assistance our rep heather Myers was way off the ball. We didn’t have time to wait days for a response only to be misinformed . So we switched to another company . Still looking to see where our tax liability refund is and of course no response from Heather ..

Interesting reviews for their office in Foster City CA - match my experience with the Chantilly office. 1. Attitude that I am in service to them - I continually receive emails when payroll is due that "today is a busy day for me" from their POCs - ALL OF THEM with them switching the time that payroll is due on the day it is due, a huge stressor for a small business owner. Not to mention threats of fees on deadlines THEY change on a whim at the drop of a hat? 2. All was fine until about a year ago, not clear on what happened a year ago corporate wide but there is a culture of people
