They called and text me over 10 times in a 24 hour period and this doesn't include the other reminders in the days prior, they would continue to call me even after I declined to answer, I was driving and they would not stop calling. I understand they wanted me to confirm my appointment, but this is going overboard if I wasn't going to show up I would've canceled and because I didn't respond to their harassment they canceled my appointment.

This entire office went above and beyond for me yesterday. I started having terrible tooth pain Saturday evening. Started calling every dental office I could Monday morning for help (which was its own adventure). After finally finding an office that agreed to see me at 2:30 I discovered that my tooth was "hopeless" and was given a referral for this office. I am also pregnant so I was stressed, in tears, and worried that it would be weeks before I could get a consultation and eventual extraction. I wasn't even able to eat and was starving at this point as well. I called this office

Dr. Sanger did what no dentist or doctor has ever done- she listened to me! For the first 10 minutes of my appointment she listened and took notes. I've struggled with periodontal disease my whole adult life and I've been to many periodontists over the years but I have never received such good service. She compared the patient-periodontist relationship to a marriage- you have to choose someone that's going to be there, listen to you, and is familiar with all of your particular issues. I couldn't agree more!

Extremely over priced facility. I had a $100 bill at the en of my 30 min consultation that determined that I had to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. My insurance has always paid all preventative services I don't understand why it didn't cover it with these people. I'm assuming it is because they charge ridiculous amounts of money for basic services. My out of pocket bill to remove all 4 wisdom teeth out with local anesthesia was over $1,000!!!!! No thank you, not ever!!! They are desperate for money!!!! Never going back !

Having dealt with periodontal disease, and more dentists and periodontists than I care to recall over the past 20+ years, I have found my last stop!
Dr. Sanger is so thorough and articulate, every question you could have is answered before you can ask it when she explains options and procedures.
She has it all: Compassion, dedication, talent, skill and integrity.
