Dr. Park is the best dentist with an awesome staff!! I've been going to Dr. Park for my dental needs for about 17 years and I love and appreciate him and his staff so much!! Since day 1 they made me feel so comfortable with their patience and understanding of my fear when I first came in. They have amazing customer service and always greet their patients with a smile. They make me feel so welcomed there. Such a good atmosphere with good music playing everytime I go.

I hadn't been to the dentist since we moved and then COVID happened. So a huge filling decided to fall out and another dentist said there was no hope and wanted to extract my tooth. They sent me to the oral surgeon because this procedure was "beyond their scope" and when it was all said and done, I would need to pay $3000 for the extraction plus implant. I decided to get a second opinion even though I was already feeling awful about the whole thing. Dr Park looked at the xrays and looked at my tooth and said that it would need a root canal. I was shocked! And that actually sounded

I have been seeing Dr. Park for care of my chompers since 2008. I have yet to have a single bad experience with anyone in his office.
Robin, his office manager, is always has a welcoming smile and has remembered me since the first time I came. That same fact is true of the other staff. His dental assistants remember my name, my daughter, and ask how everyone is doing.
Aside from being a pleasant environment. Dr. Park is incredibly skilled and has an excellent bedside manner. He removed my wisdom teeth using just a local and I felt zero pain and I'm not one of those tough it out types.

I had an appointment today to get my teeth cleaned.
I was told to wait until a receptionist got off the phone to ask my question. When she was finished with phone call, I stepped up to ask her my question. She proceeded to tell me in a rude tone to wait until she was finished with whatever she was doing. I’ve been going here for years, love Dr. Park and his hygienist, but do not like how I was dismissed by the receptionist.

I have always struggled with extremely high anxiety when it comes to Dentist appointments.So when I decided to look around for a dentist office that made me feel at peace when it came to my dental procedures,I put a lot of effort into it. I searched the web and Dr Park's office appeared. I read the reviews and I have to say what caught my eye was their office photo.Yes! the Photo!.,Bright smiles, friendly faces,they actually looked like good spirited people. Yes! He is my 4th dentist since moving to Bako, and I'm sticking with him. He is fair and honest...didn't give me BS stories about my gum health. Great staff, including the office manager (I completely disagree with the other Yelper about her!).

Dr.Parks and his staff are the best!! all our family have been seen in his office multiple times. He has done all the work on all my kids my 2 and 3 year old love him and they love the treasure box, after there visit if they behave the get to Choose a toy. Dr.Parks has his ways of explained everything to each one of my kids so they understand what's being done to them and why it's being done. I would refer my friends and family here. I love the way Robin and all the girls get to know us as individuals not just like another new patient. Thank you guys so much for being the caring and

Thank you yelp for offering a platform to warn the world about people like , the office manager at Dr. Parks dental office. She is the rudest, condesending, miserable human being I have ever dealt with.. its to bad because the dr. seemed nice. However, it sent a clear message as to who he is ok with representing his dental practice. It is definetly not worth the time and energy, especially if you are already indifferent about visiting a dental office to begin with. Whether you have insurance or not, (like myself) look elsewhere! unless you enjoy being berated in an already uncomfortable and vaunerable

What a fantastic office! I have never had to wait for my appointment time longer than 5 minutes. The dentist is so kind, he took such a long time to make sure I understood all of my options, and then the costs were gone over before I did anything! My hygienist is awesome!! My kids don't go to a kids dentist anymore since they love it their too! What a treat to be a patient at this office!
