Buyer BEWARE... After reading the great reviews(mostly 2 years old), I sent detailed pictures with measurements for an online quote and then met in person to inspect and get a verbally agreed upon price for restoring a rush seat. Three weeks later the owner called to tell me he was doubling the price and adding on another month and a half. Yes...DOUBLED the price simply shrugging it off and saying he was human and made a mistake. My advice, if you choose to work with this company then be smarter than me and get a signed agreement because this unprofessional man does not honor a handshake & verbal

Absolutely amazing job. They showed up when I wasn't even there and did this all perfectly, quickly and with photos and texts letting me know what they were doing. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again. They had to do an enormous bamboo floor, and it is seamless. Completely beautiful. And they did it on time, communicating with me remotely, and they required no prompting for info. I am extremely happy with Bautista's Upholstery. Thank you guys☺️

Bautista's Upholstery & Refinishing did an exceptional job reupholstering my great-grandmothers armchair and with friendly and very efficient professional service. I spoke to at least three other upholstery companies before I found Bautista's Upholstery & Refinishing and they are by far the best - for both qualities of the work done and communication. Bautista's Upholstery & Refinishing refinished my counters and now they look brand new. I am so thrilled.
The technician that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They really make the customer feel special. I had a follow up visit the next day to make sure I was happy and make sure everything was fine with my counter! What great customer service. Bautista's Upholstery & Refinishing is the best! My look of my counters make such a big difference in my kitchen.
