In 1984 Bob and Lisa got a puppy and like most newlyweds they had no idea what to do with it! Well that led to the dog destroying our furniture when leaving him alone and because we lacked the funds to buy a new sofa, Bob taught himself how to reupholster furniture. Already having experience in the auto upholstery/sunroof industry he was able to learn quite easily.

The staff was incredibly helpful showing me choices of fabric. They had tons of beautiful upholstery options for my furniture project. What was especially helpful was their knowledge of the fabric quality and durability. Very experienced with everything and I didn't know they also do automotive upholstery, marine upholstery, sunroof installations, and commercial upholstery work. We even had fun while pulling out samples. Chairs came back on time and they look beautiful. I will 100% come back for a future projects like redoing my office chair's upholstery or updating the upholstery, cushions, or

So, let me start by saying the owner was nice enough, met him (BS'd for a while) gave him my business and was told I'd get my item back in 3 weeks. That was on 3/29/29.
Call today, after not contacting them at all for those 5 weeks, and get an attitude from whatever female answered the phone. I can only guess that it may be the same woman as mentioned in the previous review.
Listen, I know businesses get busy, but that's no excuse for giving me an attitude like I'm to blame for something. If you're that busy, causing work to be delayed by over 2 weeks, a phone call may

The mechanic was fine, it was his wife that made my experience DISGUSTING. I called for an update on my car just to see if it was being repaired or if I would get a call with an idea of the issue beforehand. Instantly I got yelled at by this crazy lady for calling WHEN THEY HAD MY MUSTANG and I hadn’t heard anything for 5 hours (mind you idk how this place works because I’ve never been here nor do I plan on coming back!). Since she started yelling at me I had to hang up because I don’t disrespect people! She called back telling me to come pick up my car they’re refusing me service because

My wife had to get her sunroof (broken and part of a factory recall) repaired here. Probably not the most profitable service for them to provide, but everyone she and I dealt with at HAMS was friendly and professional anyway, they scheduled her same-day, and they completed the job very quickly. Would definitely go back.
