We needed a new pool cover for our unground pool. At Signature’s suggestion, we brought in the old cover so that the new one could be fabricated exactly to the old one. The new one arrived and the straps that secure the cover to the cement patio were in different locations, making it not fit properly. One of our dogs nearly drowned because it wasn’t secured as it should be. We called/emailed the business several times only to be given the runaround for over a month. We finally heard back from the owner today who took absolutely no responsibility or accountability for the incorrect placement

Came through as promised, despite being in the midst of a supply shortage. They kept me informed during the order time frame, and delivered on time.
The delivery crew was quick and professional. They gave me chemicals and information to help me start the tub after filling.
Signature analyzed the first water sample, and gave me instructions on how to adjust the chemicals.
Regarding my Nordic Stella SE, it is beyond expectations. More powerful than any hot tub I've been in, and with many jet configurations.

I brought my spa water sample in right at the end of the day and received prompt and courteous attention. Within 10 minutes, I received the sample test results, and recommendations to improve the chemical balance. I’ve generally found the recommendations made to be right on target. I love this place!
