We had been losing an inch of water a day from our in-ground pool. Our "regular" pool guy said it was the main drain and we needed to get a diver to get it plugged. Called Subaquatic Pools - Ken messaged me and we discussed the problem. He was able to come out and determined the source of the leak (which wasn't the main drain) and a plug was placed in one of our returns! Water level stopped dropping and we can enjoy our pool again. Ken was personable, professional and thorough in diagnosing our problem. Very pleased with his services and will definitely use him in the future for all our pool needs

My name is David and i had an issue with my inground gunite pool with leaking skimmer.I had contacted 2 companies who were not friendly or said they couldnt make any calls for several weeks.I then contacted Subaquatic Underwater Pools the person i talked to was very friendly and she was very knowledgeable with my issues.Made an appointment and tech was there within 3 days very friendly and gave me a very reasonable quote and explaned it in detail. Job was done and very happy with results,would highly recommend this company to anyone with pool issues.I rate them 5 stars.
