The Psychiatric Center provides high quality, upscale mental health services. Four fully licensed and independent mental health providers see patients at the Psychiatric Center. Our goal is to provide our patients timely, respectful, quality service in a pleasant practice environment. Anxiety disorders, such as simple anxiety and stress, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, panic disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Personality issues, such as rigid, fearful, overly dramatic or unhealthy patterns of thinking and acting, interpersonal conflicts, or perfectionism. Not everyone who benefits from counseling is diagnosed with a mental illness. The well-trained staff at the Psychiatric Center assists individuals with a number of life's stresses and conflicts that can affect anyone.

Services
Kenneth Fuller, M.D. specializes in the evaluation and treatment of mental conditions, including depressive, anxiety, stress, adjustment, sexual, bipolar and attention disorders. Dr. Fuller is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is one of only 750 members of the elite American College of Psychiatrists.
Angela E. Fuller, M.S., L.P.C. received her Masters of Science degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University in 1990. Angie joined the Psychiatric Center staff in 1990. She earned licensure as a Professional Counselor in 1992. Her approach to patients focuses on an open, empathetic, counseling relationship based on mutual trust.
Elizabeth A. Nicholson, L.C.S.W. is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in counseling and consulting with adults and adolescents and their families. Ms. Nicholson has had many years of clinical experience treating a wide range of conditions including anxiety and stress, depression, and psychosocial issues.
