Went with money in hand to purchase a zero turn mower. Staff was extremely rude, most standing around looking the other way when we wanted to see a zero turn. There was no other customers at the time of our visit. The staff could not be bothered to help with the purchase of a zero turn due to it was not one of their big expensive tractors. We will not ever try to do business with this company. Very poor customer service.

The guys at the parts counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though they didn't have the part i needed on hand they checked with their supplier and confirmed they could get it and ship it to me. I live 2hrs away and was in the area for something else and stopped in to see if they had it. Not one of the stores in my area offered to see if they could get it for me. Definitely would get my business for my equipment needs if I was local.

I finally pulled the trigger on a tractor purchase and the entire Wright Tractor crew was extremely helpful in helping me identify the right tractor for my needs.

I have had dealings with the owner Cecil loooong before he moved to his new location. One of the many reasons I continue to do business with his company is because his personality never changed (no matter how big his business grew). Far as I'm concerned he has the best prices and service in the state of Oklahoma. Matter of fact', I bought another tractor + 5 attachments "combined" in the last 2 months. What a fantastic place to buy a tractor, I love his honesty.

I purchased my tractor from Wright Tractors two months ago. I have had zero problems with the tractor and had a great buying experience. I was a first time tractor buyer and could have easily been oversold. The owner sold me the tractor I needed and I couldn't be happier. I was especially impressed that during delivery it was noticed gear oil wasn't in the rotary cutter. Mr. Wright reached into his wallet and handed me $20 to buy some. Customer service of this kind isn't common.

I purchased a house a few years ago, I'm a full-time Paramedic, I own a small lawn care company, and I have been searching for a local dealer to build a relationship with. I met Chris at the OKC Farm Show, in April, while checking out the same mower I recently purchased. I was probably looking at that thing for a good ten minutes and noticed Chris in the corner of my eye watching me but not engaging with me. I appreciate that and how he allowed me to evaluate the machine without dropping the salesman act on me. When he noticed I was pretty much done checking it all out he came up and introduced

Recently purchased a Husqvarna robotic mower from Wright Tractors...what an amazing machine! Chris provided expert installation and excellent customer service! So wish I had gone robotic months ago as it's great having a yard that looks outstanding each and every day rather than a couple of days a week with traditional mowing methods! Couldn't be happier with this decision!

Took a pressure washer here for warrenty work, it took 3 weeks for them to look at it called to check on it told to leave my name and number and rhey would call me after repeting this for 4 days found out that it will be a couple of weeks and it will be ready told it was ready whent to pick it up told another day. Then picked it up i was working 7 days a week so didnt use it for 2 weeks filled it wirh gas and it just flooded out on the ground, went back and rhe fixed it again in a few hours .havent tried it yet but i will never go back way to much attention to every detial to make this place worth
