Took my MT275 Challenger tractor to have the spool valve fixed. I had small issue and they took the time to hear my side and really stepped up. Can not get better customer service than from Tractor Bob's. This day and time you can not find good customer service. Buying a tractor is only one step. It's the service you get afterwords that you will be stuck with. I'm 100% a customer for life. and when I need to upgrade to a bigger tractor. First place I'm going is here. Thank you
