Dr. John Dudley is a 2nd generation Chiropractor. His father started practicing in 1963. Dr Dudley has been practicing since 1994. He attended Brigham Young University and Parker University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, and a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Dudley practices in Mooresville, NC where his office provides Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Massage, and Physical Rehabilitation to the Lake Norman Area.
Our services provide you with hands-on, effective treatments that can help to relieve your back, neck and extremity problems without drugs or surgery. In addition to chiropractic adjustments and modern acupuncture, we also use a variety of soft tissue techniques and physical modalities like vibracussor, electric muscle stimulation, and myofascial release.
We treat many different health conditions in our office. Musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction are a common reason people come to us seeking help. Neck and low back pain are the types of problems that people traditionally seek out a chiropractor for. We also provide acupuncture treatment, and as such, we are able to address many more health conditions that are not treated in most chiropractic offices.
Whiplash is most commonly received from riding in a car that is struck from behind or that collides with another object. When the head is suddenly jerked back and forth beyond its normal limits, the muscles and ligaments supporting the head and spine can be stretched or torn. The soft, pulpy discs between spinal bones can bulge, tear or rupture.
Because headaches are so common, some people think that getting a headache is just a normal part of life. Headaches are a sign that something is wrong. Stress, toxic fumes, certain foods, preservatives and alcohol are common contributors. A frequent and overlooked cause of headaches is the malfunction of spinal bones in the neck and upper back.

I have been to a few Chiro's n the past and Dr Dudley is the best I have ever been to. He’s very gentle (as i am a big scaredy cat) The staff are so friendly and helpful. I actually had a great time, Dr Dudley has a great sense of humor i felt very relaxed. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a chiropractor or acupuncture done in the Lake Norman area. The best Chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Office staff made me feel right at home and were very professional. I went in because I wanted to try acupuncture. Great experience and Dr Dudley adjustments and all the different tools the staff used left me feeling like I was treated like a king. I’ve gone to Chiropractor’s all my life, but none can compare to this. Just give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been a nurse for 23 years and have suffered from low back pain and sciatica-like symptoms for years. I’m used to lifting patients and equipment and have led a busy active life. When looking for a local acupuncturist, I was referred to Dr. Dudley’s office. What I found was so much more. Dr Dudley is all the things you want in a doctor, he is kind, gentle, and most of all ...he listens. I have yet to leave his office without some type of new information that is both helpful and intuitive for my health condition. He treats his staff with respect...and on that note, his staff is amazing, attentive and genuinely friendly. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I was admitted to the hospital when I was 36 weeks pregnant with EXTREME back pain. I couldn't sit, lay down, or stand up straight. I just cried through the pain for 2 days. I had to kneel on the couch and hang over the back to help relieve the pain. I knew something was wrong and finally called my doctor. The ER doc told me that my SI joint connected to my pelvis had come misaligned and I needed to see a chiropractor and he sent me home with NO pain relief. In the past years I had quite a lot of treatments with great Chiropractors overseas and here in NC and I sure can say that it is not new to me. In most cases Acupuncture was a part of the treatment.

Dr. Dudley is professional and kind. He always is able to get to the root of the issue plaguing you and provide relief. He is a great chiropractor and acupuncturist. I wholeheartedly believe he has been able to keep me much healthier than my "regular doctors" ever expected. Dr.Dudley provided excellent acupuncture service! I had never had acupuncture before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr.Dudley put my fears at ease. He was always very gentle and considerate. I've been seeing dr Dudley now for a few weeks for acupuncture and just recently had my first chiropractor combo visit. I'm hoping to get the natural benefits from acupuncture that I've had in the past for clearing allergies to help get my chi back in order. The chiropractor is to help with headaches and lower back! So far so good!! Very happy.
His manners, attention to detail and explaining everything is great.
