Hypnosis is a state of consciousness one enters and leaves naturally all the time during your day-to-day experiences. It feels much like day dreaming (i.e. the state between sleeping and waking). Hypnosis is a state of relaxation that allows you to be more open to suggestions. In this state your brain wave vibration rate slows down, giving you access to your Subconscious mind.
While your conscious mind is still completely aware of what is going on the whole time, in this relaxed state of mind, your subconscious mind has the ability to accept information given to it by the hypnotist. And this is only if the client approves of the suggestions. Many times you are more alert than in your normal state of awareness.

Step 1. Talk to your doctor. If you choose to start the path to recovery alone, bear in mind that alcohol withdrawal can potentially be deadly. If you start experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms (panic attacks, severe anxiety, the shakes, rapid heart beat) you should seek immediate medical assistance.
People wake up each day and find themselves having a life full of Panic Attacks and Anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. These feelings of anxiety and panic keep people prisoner in their own home. Your friends think you're nuts. Your boss has no patience for your suffering. Your mind gets stuck in a "loop" of fear.
