If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have made the right choice by being here. You may have grown up watching the adults in your life struggle in their own relationships and lives. It's not the best template for success! As a child, you may have learned that it's not okay to express anger, or you may have learned that it's not okay to cry or feel emotions.
And now you are an adult struggling to communicate your feelings and needs when you may not always have access to them yourself. You struggle with the fear of failure, the sense of shame of not being "okay." My hope for you is that through our work together you will find the answers you need to be confident in your being, to know that you are okay, to find peace and joy in your life and relationships.

Services
As an AASECT Certified sex therapist, I hold a certificate in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education from U of M postgraduate studies, with hours of rigorous training and supervision. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are seeking sex therapy or couples counseling to improve intimacy, deal with conflict, or recover from infidelity.
If you are questioning your orientation or gender identity, or are looking to "open" your relationship, or practice consensual non-monogamy (CNM), or BDSM, talk therapy can help you gain clarity in the supportive environment that I offer. Whatever your concerns are or questions are, bring them. Together we will peel back the layers, heal the hurts and help you find self acceptance and peace.
Relationships are not always easy to maintain. As part of a couple we are called upon to be vulnerable, and that can be challenging at times. Couples counseling can help you learn how to connect in a more positive and healthy way. We often find it difficult to ask for what we want in a relationship.
You are tired of the flashbacks, the panic attacks, the invasive thoughts and constant anxiety. You just want to find peace. Whether your trauma is connected to childhood abuse, a car accident, war, living through a pandemic, or some other unfortunate event, the after effects of unprocessed trauma can wreck havoc with our lives!
