Services
My approach emphasizes the systematic study of the psychological forces that underlie human behavior, feelings, and emotions and how they might relate to early experience. I am especially interested in the dynamic relations between conscious motivation and unconscious motivation.

We will look at a variety of factors including your parents, friends, school, economic class, home environment and other factors, seeking to help correct missing or ineffective parts of that system, this will have a positive impact on your well being. In therapy, I believe in the power of working as a team.
I am a psychotherapist who realizes how powerful it is to work on behalf of people - hearing their stories, witnessing their resilience and participating in their growth and healing. I became a psychotherapist after experiencing firsthand the power of a strong therapeutic relationship. Over time, I have come to appreciate how fundamental relationships are to the way people make sense of their world and their sense of wellness.
Deciding to reach out for help is an act of courage, good for you! Once you have made your first appointment, we will work together to develop goals that will be beneficial to you. The core of psychotherapy really is about the relationship between me and you, and eventually our work will be about what happened when you were a child, your conflicts, and thought patterns about yourself and what you transfer onto me.
Please contact me regarding individual therapy or couples counseling. You may call, email or use the form on "Get in Touch". Please provide your phone number, a brief description of what is bringing you to therapy would be appreciated along with possible times that work for you for a phone call over the next few days.
People come to therapy for different reasons, but what they have in common is that they are at a point where they feel like they could really use some help. They may feel unhappy, stressed, anxious, depressed or want help making sense of painful experiences from the recent or more distant past. Some people come because friends or family have encouraged them to come and they are taking that suggestion to heart.

Gave me more trauma than I started with. Steer clear I saw her when I was like 10 I’m 19 now and still remember how rude and unhelpful she was.

I would never recommend her to anyone.. find someone who has a good heart & cares about their patients. I was getting married and needed to miss 2 weeks of treatment for a destination wedding (so the week of my wedding and the week leading up.) I have screen shots of her responses. She said that "it doesn't work that way, if I miss 2 weeks she cancels all my future appointments" that type of a response, so cold and rude is not okay... Counseling takes a lot out of people, and emotionally you open up alot of wounds... Weddings are once in a lifetime- your therapist should totally understand you
